Sensory Storytime presented by Caring Strategies
Monday, June 06, 2022
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
West Regional Library
Activity Room
Sensory Storytime is a class specifically designed for all children. Our Sensory Storytime makes storytime fun and safe learning space for those parents and children that might feel intimidated in a traditional setting when their child runs, screams or won't sit.
We integrate books, songs, movement, sensory bins, and activities into the program. Children learn best when all five senses are stimulated and engaged, to promote learning in a fun way. Sensory Storytime will feature dim lights, soothing music, fidgets, interactive learning, a visual schedule, and flexibility for children to move and have fun.
