Murder Mystery

Whodunnit? It’s up to you to question the suspects and discover the guilty party at a Murder Mystery Dinner at the East Regional Library on Friday, April 27 at 7pm.

Presented by THEY Improv and sponsored by the St. Charles School Foundation through a grant from the United Way, participants will enjoy a light dinner and then become part of the action as The Death of the Godmother murder mystery begins.

This scenario involves a gathering of the leaders of the local mob. The Godmother has announced that she'll be stepping down and she's going to name her successor. The power struggle that ensues results in her death. 
The rogues gallery of suspects includes a variety of mobsters of different and interesting types, and community members will play the roles of the accused. 

Adults only. Space is limited, so registration is required.

ExoPlanets: Worlds of Wonder returns to the planetarium this month. In this action-packed, claymation show, you and your family will join EXO1 and ProbeB. These two space probes are sent to explore planets around other stars. You will travel through space, experience exoplanets up close, zoom around a black hole and learn about our own solar system.

You and your family will learn about those mysterious points in space where not even light can escape, black holes. Black Holes takes the audience on a trip through space and time. You will see up close visualizations of black holes, hear Einstein's theory of relativity, and learn what would happen if you got too close to a black hole.
